Who We Are
Louise Williams is the founder of Bright Journeys SEND Advocacy and professional SEND advocate. Louise runs a private Facebook group supporting families with free guidance and support on the group, as well as offering more tailored, fee-based support on request. Louise has a wealth of professional experience in education, for over 20 years, as a qualified teacher, SENDCo and assistant headteacher, supporting children and families. Louise is also mum to 2 boys with SEND and therefore has personal experience in navigating the SEND education system. IPSEA L3 trained. Fully insured, GDPR-compliant and ICO-registered.
Our Mission
We’re here to listen, to support, and to help families make sense of it all. We provide guidance, advice, and advocacy so parents and carers can speak up with confidence and make sure their child’s needs are heard and understood.
We understand the ups and downs of this journey because we’ve seen it, lived it, and walked alongside families like yours. Our goal is simple: to make sure no one faces the SEND system alone and that every child gets the support they deserve.
